The "Oaty" Protein Balls

Our secret weapon: the protein powder we use in our balls!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 2/3 cup honey

  • 2 scoops NurishID Vanilla Cookie protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until well combined. Place bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes before you roll out into balls. Using your hands, shape into balls. Feel free to use a scale for consistency.

We make our balls 1 ounce each.

Refrigerate up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

They can also be frozen up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.

"The Cranberry" Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cups oats

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 scoops NurishID Vanilla Cookie protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Add oats to food processor and pulse until broken down. Add coconut and pluse a few times to incorporate. Microwave peanut butter for 25 seconds to soften and add to food processor and pulse until a dough forms. Add salt, honey, and vanilla and pulse again to incorporate. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips and pulse if you want those chopped up a little. Place bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes before you roll out into balls.

Using your hands, shape into balls. Feel free to use a scale for consistency. We make our balls 1 ounce each. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

"The Krispy" Protein Balls

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 2/3 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup chocolate almond butter

  • 11/2 cups crushed pistachios (roll balls in)

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

  • 4 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 6 scoops NurishID Brownie Batter protein powder

  • 11/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except the pistachios, and stir with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until well combined. Place bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes before you roll out into balls. Using your hands, shape into balls. Feel free to use a scale for consistency. We make our balls 1 ounce each.
