Community Member Spotlight: Celebrating the People Who Make Navarre Shine
Every community has people who quietly make a difference.
They're the neighbor who are always willing to lend a helping hand. The teacher who encourages every student. The first responder who serves without expecting recognition. The volunteer who gives their time. The small business owner who cares deeply about people. The coach, pastor, caregiver, mentor, or friend who simply makes life better for those around them.
At Dawn's Cafe, we believe these everyday heroes deserve to be celebrated.
That's why we're excited to introduce our Community Member Spotlight, a new initiative designed to recognize the incredible people who make Navarre such a special place to call home.
Help Us Celebrate Those Who Make a Difference
Beginning September 1 through December 31, we're inviting the community to nominate someone who is making a positive impact in Navarre.
Whether they live in Navarre or work here, if they're making a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear their story.
Nominations are open for anyone 12 years of age or older.
Sometimes, all it takes is someone noticing the good you're doing to make your day. We want to be that encouragement.
Every Day, a New Community Member Spotlight Story
Throughout the program, Dawn and Brett will go LIVE on Dawn's Cafe Facebook page each day to read the nominations submitted by the community and announce that day's Community Member Spotlight winner.
These daily videos won't just recognize individuals. They'll shine a light on kindness, generosity, service, compassion, and the many ways people are making Navarre a better place.
It's a chance for our entire community to celebrate one another.
A Little Thank You
Each daily winner will receive a $20 Dawn's Cafe Gift Card as our way of saying thank you for making a difference.
Over the course of the program, Dawn's Cafe will give away nearly $2,500 in gift cards, all dedicated to recognizing the people who help make our community stronger.
While the gift card is a wonderful bonus, the greatest reward is knowing that someone took the time to recognize the positive impact you've had on their life.
